SC Hydraulic Hand Pump & Air Operated.

Compact air operated and hand liquid pumps… Pressure calibration pump, Hydrostatic hand pump, Burst pressure pump and many other applications: Compatible with all hydraulic fluids, water, solvents, mild chemicals, glycol, oils, liquefied CO2 and many more. Requires 15 – 100 Psi air drive pressure to operate, the L3 series pump is self priming for immediate operation. Hand pump attachment allows for manual operation when shop air is not available or for precision pressure control. Available in eight models to pressure up to 20,000 Psi (1379 Bar)

10-6 Series SC Hydraulic Pumps used on all industries. Air drive liquid pressure pumps, low medium and high pressures with wide ranges of flows

  • Pneumatic air operated 80-100 Psi required
  • Liquid pressure pump: Water, hydraulic, oils, glycol and many more.
  • 10-6 & D6 Series pumps have a 7″ diameter air piston and a 2 1/2″ stroke.
  • At lower air pressures and higher hydraulic pressures air consumption will be reduced proportionately to flow rates indicated.
  •  Is pre-lubricated and therefore does not require an air line lubricator.

Applications:

  • Staking – Piercing – Blanking – Pressing – Clamping – Metal forming – Static and burst testing – Hydraulic Press operation
  • Flow testing requiring relatively low flows at high pressures. Applications requiring extreme intermittent pressure and velocity commonly associated with water blasting and jetting.
